Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each item is unique with individual differences in color and size. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 3 days of its arrival to discuss the issue.
Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?
All ceramics are glazed on the interior to make them water tight and food safe (unless otherwise noted). While we recommend hand-washing our pots for longevity, all pots are dishwasher and microwave safe.
How is shipping calculated?
All ready to ship orders are processed and sent within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated by USPS and determined based on quantity of pieces and overall weight of the order. Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance. We currently only ship in the USA.
My order arrived damaged! Now what?
If your item arrives damaged please contact us with a photo of the item within 3 days of it's arrival and we will exchange it with a similar item of equal value.
Do you take custom orders?
We welcome the opportunity to create custom pieces for you, whether it be a set of mugs, plates, a special vase or something in your imagination. Please do reach out using the contact form or email us at meltz.studio@gmail.com
Do you accept wholesale orders?
We work with retailers around the country and love hearing from new ones! If you would like to sell Meltz pots in your store, please reach out to meltz.studio@gmail.com with the subject WHOLESALE:Your Store Name and we’ll get back to you with our line sheet and additional information.
